@nataliewalton8590 The appeal isn't a jury trial. The US legal system has strict standards. The appellate court will get a charge of falsifying documents (with expired statute of limitations) raised to a felony on a crime that was never even addressed in court.

If it were a responsible judge, it would be mistrial by directed verdict. Because the prosecution hasn't specified a crime yet. What are the jury instructions going to be? "If you think Trump is naughty, vote guilty." And the judge will just enter some crime?

@richardhoner7842 What evidence? The facts are no different than in 2018. Cohen paid Daniels for an NDA, and Trump paid Cohen attorney retainer checks, each about 30k each month. All we've learned are things that have nothing to do with the credibility of Cohen and Daniels. Cohen wanted to get in Trump's inner circle. He failed and is really bitter about it. Daniels lied that Trump harassed her. On Bill Maher in 2018 she said "this had nothing to do with me-too."
