  1. Trump knows the debate isn't going to be fair, that CNN will load the questions for Biden and the moderator will only "factcheck" Trump. But Biden is so gone mentally, that there's no chance he will come off good.

  2. Jailing Trump would cause a national fiasco. The secret service would have to take over the jail. It would cause major logistical nightmare for NY. And it would guarantee a Trump victory in Nov. after extreme Democrat overreach.
