  1. Biden was actually a stop-gap measure in 2020. The Democrats panicked over the possibility that Sanders would get the nomination, and worse, win. The only two talented Democrat presidential candidates in my lifetime have been Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. I'm making no judgement on policy and ideology, but they weren't afraid of the media like Harris, and were articulate, and spin when needed.
