I've imagined what goes through the justice's minds when they read this case, if it goes to the SCOTUS. The judge here thinks that the prosecution doesn't have to prove that there was an election crime, that it is sufficient to assume there is.

@rferg1533 You're guessing wrong. The crook judge was sustaining objections before the defense could even ask the question. Costello contradicts the whole story of the prosecution's liar witness.

There was a strong coordinated media narrative, Dem NPC talking points, about Costello's testimony. Because he's a respected lawyer, and former federal prosecutor, and contradicts Cohen's entire story. But it's hard to say what hurts or helps the defendant, because this is a clown trial. Then normal standards of evidence, burden of proof, and witness credibility do not apply.

@xycap8351 Because this is a rigged case. It's not a legitimate trial. One further thing that confirms that. Joe Biden announced that he will address the nation about the case from the WH after the verdict. He wouldn't do that unless he knew it was going to be a conviction. Operatives are probably contacting the jurors right now.
