  1. I think the PRA is a civil statute. But that means the press office should be sued. Jack Smith used some old espionage statutes to go after Trump, because the appropriate action (suing under the PRA) wouldn't be as politically damaging. There needs to be serious reckoning over this lawfare nonsense, from dirtbags like Jack Smith.
