So can a NY DA bring you to trial for cheating on your federal taxes, when the IRS says that you are squared away with them? These are the worst people. On CNN and MSNBC they're righteously complaining about he SCUTUS getting involved in the Jack Smith case. But they're gross misconduct is forcing the SC to intervene. And the SC will overturn this nonsense, if they have to.
