  1. They judges jury instructions are going to be a exercise in begging the question. I.e. that's a logical fallacy where you assume the answer in phrasing a question. The thing about this case is that the judge was so obviously biased, violating the rights of the defendant constantly, that a conviction will help Trump politically. Outside of the NE, Americans don't even think highly of NYC.

There is a federal prosecutor, Robert Costello, whose testimony contradicts everything in Cohen's story. Cohen even told Costello that Norm Eisen told Cohen to pay the NDA.
