Elizabeth Warren didn't do this to draw attention to Native American issues. It was totally ridiculous narcissism on her part, motivated by the fact that she wanted the victim points of being a minority, which she certainly is not. Trump totally owned her. He makes these insults to get under their skin. And Warren proved that Trump was successful. The Cherokee nation is right about this. You don't want a DNA test for ethnicity or nationality.

Isn't an attempt to drive a fellow student from the school against Columbia's code of conduct? I think it is, and is the basis of Paul's lawsuit.
8
IBMikmaq There was one, and it quickly exonerated the suspect, because her story is baseless.
5
As far as I know, there is no evidence that she was an affirmative action hire. But she's listed as "Native American" in the Harvard faculty list, which is fraud. The left really is clueless as to why Trump even won the election. The left is totally crypto racist. They're so obsessed with judging people by their race that people are pretending to be a minority. DNA doesn't make someone a Native American. It's ties to their culture and families. Having an ancestor that predates 1700 doesn't make it so. The left has gotten so weird about race that Farakhan posed a video on twitter in which he called Jews termites, and twitter will not flag it as inappropriate. They suspend accounts for posting memes, but open racism from the left is OK.

Paul Nunnsinger rightly claims that his reputation was unjustly damaged. But just reading the comments I suspect this woman is going to have a hard time in the real world. People have no respect for someone who would stick to a lie this blatant and odious.
4
Her original motivation was to get victim points as a minority. She was listed as Harvard Law School's "first faculty member of color". That's totally ridiculous; she's a white woman. She didn't call Trump's bluff. She fell for his taunt. She let it get under her skin, and she demonstrated that it got under her skin.
4
"Mixed ancestry" my ass. She's 99-99.9% white. Even Europeans have that fraction of non-European DNA. Because Scandinavia has people related to Inuit. She's no more Native American that the average Norwegian.
4
hari kari Yakisoba and pork chops? Riker's Island doesn't sound so bad. Now I'm hungry.
3
It's so ridiculous that the Cherokee secretary of state told her to stop pretending that a DNA test means anything. What's weird as that today you get people who want to fake being a minority: Elizabeth Warren, Rachel Dolzahl, Shaun King, because of leftist identity politics.
3
At least we can be thankful the Hillary Clinton isn't in power. People like John Brennen would be in power. Brennen went on CNN and MSNBC over and over and outright lied that he had evidence that the president is a traitor. This is the former CIA director, accusing the president of committing treason, and now he just brushes it off. "Oh, I was a little too certain."
3
"We will not be silenced!" "I love you, Paul" "Fuck me in the butt."
2
The black cop, whom she hit, is part of the 1%? Then 90% of America is the 1%. You guys are just sad. If it's that easy to become the 1%, then why didn't you just apply for a city public service job like him and become part of the 1%?
2
The entire left consists of people playing the victim card. You're actually surprised that other people, such as white nationalists and race realists, are sinking to your level?
2
That mug shot was the turning point, where the Democrats lost 2024. These people are little Eichmanns who are tyrants out of weakness, willing to tear up the constitution to avoid a fair election.

JB I saw the videos and nowhere do they show her even being groped by the police. She got jumped, but that was after she intentionally clocked the officer in the face. Give it up. She's guilty of the charge. She's not a martyr and not the least bit heroic. She's a liar.
1
What an attention whore. So they were being forced to vacate a park. And she couldn't be inconvenienced to go to a different park on her night out drinking.
1
She wasn't "murdered for traffic tickets" you lying twits. She was shot and killed because she pointed a shotgun at the police, there to serve a legal warrant, and threatened to kill them.
1
judyleasugar97 If it weren't for capitalism, there wouldn't have been a strong technologically advanced economy to go into recession in 08. That's like blaming modern medicine when someone dies after heart surgery. Without medicine they would have died with certainty.
1
judyleasugar97 But this isn't about economic policy. It was all about confronting the police and becoming a martyr when, right or wrongly, there are consequences. At 1:00 she is complaining about the roughness of the police actions. They yell at, spit on, and punch the cops, make false accusations of sexual harassment and brutality, then whine that they aren't treated with kid gloves.
1
judyleasugar97 No, she wasn't. She was tackled by the cops after she elbowed one of them in the face. You should get tired, of repeating misinformation. This incident is on video and that's why she's in jail.
1
In this interview she said she hasn't seen any of the videos and can't remember what happened. But this was just a few days after her arrest. The only reason she would want to see the videos is to know the evidence against her so she could calibrate her story accordingly.
1
She had really stupid lawyers. No one with a brain would have thought making up the groping story and fighting the charge was a good idea--notice that she doesn't remember it here and it's not on video. She should have plead to a misdemeanor, and got community service.
1
NoName NoFame 7 years is just the maximum. People rarely get the maximum, unless they're repeat or egregious offenders. I was assaulted once in NY and I talked to a cop about it. A punch that leaves no marks is a misdemeanor. She gave him a black eye, thus it's a felony.
1
***** 3 months for felony assault is a normal sentence for a developed democracy. If she just apologized she could have plead to a misdemeanor charge. A low percentage of US prisoners are in for pot. In my home state growing 100 plants carries 3-6 months in a minimum security jail, not prison.
1
mehamed k Charlie Hebdo was a far left anti-racist paper. Their caricatures are not the same as the Nazis.
1
***** Who are "they"?
1
Should have used some Brylcreem. That hair is worse than American foreign policy.
1
If this is ok, then it's ok for people to hold a protest on the front lawn of BLM protest organizers. People are allowed to control what goes on on their private property. People don't have a right to hang out in a store when they don't intend to buy anything. What makes them think they have the right to protest.
1
The Trump administration is going to have to fire a lot of CIA and NSA employees. You can't have a shadow oligarchy running policy.
1
Get bent. Medows is being charged with requesting a legal hearing over the vote count. This doesn't just violate the constitution it ignores 17th century English common law. Before about 1650 those who petitioned the King could get thrown in a dungeon if he disagreed. Then they reformed it, giving everyone the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, which is also right in the first amendment.
1
@nitsuanomrah6997 It's a Constitutional right. These people are turd brains. And Fanny is going to get an epic dressing down when SCOTUS reviews this. Their jaws are going to hit the floor when they see that this clown prosecuted a campaign for "redressing the government for grievances", contradicting the First Amendment. FFS the indictment has a lie in the first line. "Donald Trump lost the election on Nov. 3, 2020." The vote counting went on for over a week after Nov. 3.
1
The left hates democracy. That's why they're constantly saying they're for it.
1
@nerdstrangler4804 The people have authority over the legislators; they don't have power over the bureaucratic agencies. For example, Fauci is never going to held accountable for lying to the public about masks, distancing, lockdowns and the covid shot. That's also why the authoritarian left wants this legal rule.
1
@saintearth No. That they plot terrorist attacks in foreign countries means they are terrorists. The Saudi's own their oil industry, and that's not controversial.
1
I've heard that the Anti-War left has been censored by social media. The tech companies and the media are pushing an international corporate progressive agenda. But it's mostly conservatives and libertarians who are censored. Twitter deleted thousands of accounts with the NPC meme, which is just a joke making fun of robotic progressives mostly, while Farahkan can post an anti-semitic video, and the NY Times new editor can tweet about how she hates whites.
1
The DOJ cannot prevent him from being elected. These cases just ignore the constitution and precent, and will be thrown out on appeal. Eg. The SCOTUS standard for incitement is established, "Brandenburg", and Trump speech is not anywhere near the legal line. He would have had to tell the crowd to break into the capitol, but he told them to "protest peacefully and respectfully".
1
Good thing we have liberals and the left to defend the FBI. Without the FBI, we'd have trouble locking people up for leaking secrets. And nobody would be spying dangerous people like Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and other threats.
1
Nobody "allowed" him to run for president. He won the primary, notably beating the legacy candidates, eg Jeb Bush, because nobody likes neocons, except for desperate Democrats with no principles.
1
@sanford943 "Nothing good" ? Wages are up and unemployment is at a 50 year low. It's isn't just the rich that have benefited. The Trump administration is reversing the harsh sentencing guidelines enacted during the Clinton administration. He also enacted a diplomatic campaign against the criminalization of homosexuality internationally. And he's doing these things while all the left can think about is "Russia hacked the election". This is why the "resistance" will fail. They don't care about people. It's just a bunch of privileged narcissistic people pissed that they didn't get what they wanted in an election.
1
@sanford943 That's not true. Wages are up. When there's low unemployment there is more competition to get employees. "What's he doing about human rights." The Trump administration started a campaign against the criminalization of homosexuality. "When he's caging up children" That's just a talking point, not an issue. They're not put in "cages". They're taken into protective custody when the adults, who may not be their parent, and are sometimes criminals, are arrested. I find it odd that people virtue signal about the fact that they would leave children in the custody of criminals.
1
That's a very disingenuous talking point. It's Orwellian gaslighting. Never before has there been a RICO prosecution attempting to criminalize election denial, which is a right. The indictment has a lie in the first line. "Donald Trump lost the election on Nov. 3, 2020." The vote counting continued for over a week. What a kangaroo court.
1
Any Republican couldn't be happier with the left's naive defense and embrace of Antifa. The only difference in character between Antifa and neo-Nazis is that while Antifa don't believe in the racial superiority of whites, they are incredibly cowardly. One in Berkeley had put a U-bolt bike lock in a sock and was hiding in the crowd and clubbing people in the head and sneaking back behind women. They also attack old people and women.
1
Are you serious? You're in favor of Chevron--a bureaucratic/government/corporate legal norm where corporations can prosecute people.
1
It's contradictory. Because the only reason they'd do this prosecution is to cover up the obvious fraud. It's illegal to usher observers out of the vote counting, and it was illegal to not grant Trump's team a court hearing on the vote.
1
Maybe Glenn has to say it, because this is a left wing show. But Trump has been investigated like no other president, and Mueller found no crimes committed by Trump or his family. So, no, Trump isn't at all one of the most corrupt presidents.
1
Suit yourself. But if Snowden is arrested, he will be convicted unless the prosecution makes a mistake, as in the Pentagon papers case. The comparisons with the Nazis and Stazi are really tiring. It's just wrong, there is no comparison. There's not even a comparison with current Russian intelligence. A whistleblower, Sergei Magnitsky, just died in prison after being tortured and denied medical care. Or, a few years ago a defector ex-kgb, died of Pollonium-220 poisoning.
1
That's some unsubtle propaganda. You gave extremely charitable descriptions of Antifa and BLM, alongside the the worst possible characterization of a Nazi. Antifa considers constitutional conservative and Libertarians to be Nazis. And the most fringe Antifa and BLM advocate killing cops.
1
There is only one way that this activity, Fisa court etc, can be ruled unconstitutional. And that is to file a law suit and win. The last case brought against this failed, so it's currently constitutional.
1
That bearded guy is a bozo. He was the idiot who went on that ridiculous episode of Rachel Maddow where she revealed the 2005 1040 of Trump's.
1
This all dies on appeal. This is a kangaroo court. You can't criminalize political activity in the US. I mean, the Democrats are doing just that, like they did under Woodrow Willson to the anti-war activists. But it dies when the SCOTUS reviews it.
