  2. What an attention whore. So they were being forced to vacate a park.  And she couldn't be inconvenienced to go to a different park on her night out drinking.

  3. NoName NoFame 7 years is just the maximum.  People rarely get the maximum, unless they're repeat or egregious offenders. I was assaulted once in NY and I talked to a cop about it.  A punch that leaves no marks is a misdemeanor.  She gave him a black eye, thus it's a felony.

  4. ***** 3 months for felony assault is a normal sentence for a developed democracy.  If she just apologized she could have plead to a misdemeanor charge.  A low percentage of US prisoners are in for pot.   In my home state growing 100 plants carries 3-6 months in a minimum security jail, not prison.
