  1. The black cop, whom she hit, is part of the 1%? Then 90% of America is the 1%. You guys are just sad.  If it's that easy to become the 1%, then why didn't you just apply for a city public service job like him and become part of the 1%?

  2. JB I saw the videos and nowhere do they show her even being groped by the police.  She got jumped, but that was after she intentionally clocked the officer in the face. Give it up.  She's guilty of the charge.  She's not a martyr and not the least bit heroic.  She's a liar.

  3. judyleasugar97 If it weren't for capitalism, there wouldn't have been a strong technologically advanced economy to go into recession in 08. That's like blaming modern medicine when someone dies after heart surgery.  Without medicine they would have died with certainty.

  4. judyleasugar97 But this isn't about economic policy. It was all about confronting the police and becoming a martyr when, right or wrongly, there are consequences. At 1:00 she is complaining about the roughness of the police actions.  They yell at, spit on, and punch the cops, make false accusations of sexual harassment and brutality,  then whine that they aren't treated with kid gloves.

  5. judyleasugar97 No, she wasn't. She was tackled by the cops after she elbowed one of them in the face. You should get tired, of repeating misinformation.  This incident is on video and that's why she's in jail.

  6. In this interview she said she hasn't seen any of the videos and can't remember what happened.  But this was just a few days after her arrest. The only reason she would want to see the videos is to know the evidence against her so she could calibrate her story accordingly.

  7. She had really stupid lawyers. No one with a brain would have thought making up the groping story and fighting the charge was a good idea--notice that she doesn't remember it here and it's not on video.  She should have plead to a misdemeanor, and got community service.
