  49. The "state lines" obsession was so face palming. There are cities all over the US which are right on a state line. There are no checkpoints. "He drove across state lines...in a state which he doesn't even live in." I grew up in Portland. And one of the suburbs is Vancouver WA. If you live in Vancouver, you're still living in the Portland metro area, being across state lines means nothing, except voting, taxes, and some laws.
