He made just basic mistakes, such as not evacuating the civilians before the military, and not getting equipment out so it doesn't fall into enemy hands. He didn't even keep Nato allies in the loop, which has pissed them off. Biden is just unfit for office. He's really dense and oblivious, but also doesn't listen to others.
