She's saying "Your business is safe, as long as you don't oppose the Democrat machine."

She's admitting to "selective prosecution". Cases get overturned for that.

These Trump cases are so illegitimate that they can't even avoid saying the quiet part out loud. Jack Smith is currently trying to convince the SCOTUS that he has a legitimate interest in getting a verdict before the election. Oh, but it's not election interference, even though he admits to it.

@kenreckless2757 The case can even be appealed in federal court. I can see the SCOUTS taking the case, because it is blatantly politically motivated, and Trump is the top polling presidential candidate for 2024.

He didn't lie about his wealth. The only objective measure of something's value is how much someone is willing to pay for it. If he says a building is worth 400 million, and bank says it's worth 300, it's a difference of opinion. That concept is ridiculous, because bargaining is NOT illegal. It's the bank's decision to accept or not, his evaluation.

@GuiltyFaT Notice that he said "rules". The court only has authority for breaking laws. This is how commies think. If you are not in their cult, you are breaking the rules and deserve punishment.

@Scoots1994 The banks gave him the loans, he paid back, and they were happy. The only fraud is the crooked judge who's preventing the banks from the repeat business they want.

@Scoots1994 " If you say your building is 100000 sq ft and it's 80000 sq ft it's attempted fraud." LOL The 50 IQ prosecutor testified that Trump's 11 Park Avenue condominiums (4000 sq ft) were together worth $750,000. (The going price is 25 million apiece. That's 275 million.) So I don't believe a damn thing coming out of those crooks' mouths.

@Scoots1994 The reason you know this case was a complete scam, besides defying precedent (this law was never applied like this.), and those involved being partisan hacks, is that the prosecutor lied constantly about the value of Trump's properties. Eg. she claims his Park Av. condos are worth $60,000 apiece. (You can't buy a parking space there for that price.) And Mar-a-Lago is worth 18 million. (There's a 2 acre vacant lot nearby that sold for 50 million.). The latter is based on the dishonest tactic of confusing a tax assessment as a property evaluation. The tax assessments are limited by state law.

It's hard to not support him, when we're faced with a Stalinist infestation of the legal system.
