  3. So the black woman Biden is appointing will "Represent all black women"? I know that there is a degree of racial sectarianism, but that's a really regressive backward way of viewing things. That explains why minorities have gotten angrier since Obama. Because if you think of things in these terms a minority will always be disadvantaged. I'm currently represented by 5 justices.
