  1. Why does Trump have to just obey the Archives and FBI over classified documents? The Constitutional authority in document classification is with the president, not those agencies. Clinton took tapes home with him, a group sued him, and the court said that he had the right to declare it a personal item. And doing so was his declassification of it. It was a deflection by Ana. But it was more BS. The handling, archiving, of presidential records is a civil matter not criminal (Garland is an authoritarian dweeb), because the constitutional authority of document classification rests with the president.

  3. Cenk is just unbearable. "He had a system to instal fake electors." Pfff. They were trying to challenge the results of the election in the courts. If by chance a court overturned a state's certification, or a recount changed the vote, they would need electors. It's like they're too dumb to realize that you're legally entitled to challenge an election outcome.
