  1. They have high economic freedom, with low corporate taxes, but with very high personal income taxes. The socialist in the Democratic party would never implement their system, because it involves low corporate taxes (fuck the corporations, right) and a very regressive personal income tax. The lowest tax bracket in Sweden is 32%, that kicks in after just 18,000 Krona, which is just $2000. In other words, they pay for their social programs by taxing the hell out of everyone, not just the rich.

  2. "The rich get the food and the poor starve to death." That's not even true of the 3rd world. The poor can afford food in China, Mexico and India.
