  1. "Stop and Frisk" is just a bad policy whether or not it targets any groups. The Fourth Amendment is generally interpreted as banning searches without due process, which would be probable cause when on the street.

  2. Cenk has a chip on his shoulder about whites. It really eats at him that whites are the largest ethnic group, only it's not an ethnic group. Progressives are racially tribalistic, so they hate whites because if they were tribalistic(they're mostly not) it would cause a problem for the "POC".
