From what I can tell, they shot him because he didn't drop the gun after they ordered him to, and the shot when he turned around. TYT is always comical in how they misrepresent things even when there's a video. There's one where some BLM activist lied that a judge "tried to run over protesters". Cenk and Ana didn't watch the video first and commented on it. And the judge just drove past, and she commented "Oh...that's not it."
