I notice similar reasoning from all leftists. Even after seeing the testimony proving it was self-defense, they argue "He had no business being there.", "He caused the situation, thus is responsible for 2 dead." That's not at all how the law works. But, ironically, they never make that argument about the rioters, and psychos there to start fights.
