  3. If I thought race really mattered, then being descended from Scotts and the coast of the Netherlands, I wouldn't even consider Putin to be the same race. He looks central Asian, not European.

  4.  Youtube is #1 BS  Most of Russia is not in Europe. Stalin was from Georgia which is West Asia. Americans who care about race, eg Cenk, consider it whites versus blacks and browns. But elsewhere it's tied to ethnicity, not skin color.
