It's satanic at its core.

End Times (TM) was during John of Patmos' lifetime. This is just more of the same BS.

Funny, my comments keep meeting the algo axe for some reason on this topic.

Well, we'd have to master going to the moon first, which we haven't, so this is just science fiction.

@jrhemmerich you're 75% there which means a 99% improvement over other evangelicals. That Revelations verse pointedly talks about Jerusalem being encompassed, and the context is its falling, which already happened. That 1 Corinthians verse ALSO references the old ways (Temple, covenant, entire "world" for the Hebrews) going away which Jesus had a main role in. We're IN the Kingdom. Notice the order is the resurrection, first fruits (believers of that generation) passing, THEN all this happens in that order. The only generation that was important were those that passed before Chtist came to destroy the second Temple in glory. Jesus himself says there are those that will still be alive (standing right in front of Him) when that happens Matthew 24 (particularly 34).

@jrhemmerich oh and Ephesians and "ages" is clearly referencing the coming generations of people. It makes no reference to distinct periods of particular prophetic works - all of which Jesus himself fulfilled on the cross and then returning to end the OT ways permanently. If I said "in the ages to come" to you you wouldn't automatically think I'm dividing time into very distinct periods, particularly if I don't even reference them. It's just another way of saying "in the future" One would have to purposefully read something extra and unwarranted into scripture that's not being said to make that shoe fit.

They'll never be able to do that

Sick of hearing about this. AI isn't the savior it's touted to be. It won't be able to do what the science fiction, pie-in-the-sky claims it will be able to do either.

Yup. It's nutty. Science fiction mumbo jumbo where science purportedly can do anything and everything. Because... science? (Magic?) If you zoom out, our advances aren't really that impressive. Battery tech and electronic cars are actually old hat. They just move further in capacity, but no big innovation. We don't have self-driving vehicles. No fusion. Haven't been to the moon so the talk of Mars and beyond is silly and moot. Chip tech is just continuing to decrease in size, and inversely memory. But it largely is just using the same tech and improving it. Where's the quantum computing I've been hearing about for decades now? War tech is simply... faster missiles. Drones maybe but their munitions and attack function are conventional. Cell tech is largely just improvement on old tech. Innovation is overblown. Etc etc There will never be the Singularity.

Lol. He'll never succeed that.
