  1. Garbage. There's ZERO value add to agents. Not a thing that you couldn't order from an RE attorney, marketing company, or appraisal service a la cart. The only reason in the past was access to MLS, but that ship has sailed. And there's NOTHING yo justify a commission being tied to the price of the home. Agents do nothing extra for a 300k home or a 500k home.
