So you are saying one of the reasons Putin is attacking Ukrainian civilians is so that the average Russian can now feel like the daily life of a Ukrainian (who is being bombed by Russia) is worse than their daily life (having to live under Russian corruption and incompetence). That kind of makes sense to me.
