@GrahamStephan , Good tip! I did not know about the 's rule. Just changed it.

@GrahamStephan , it is six months later and I met the requirements to get monetized. Thanks for everything!

Thanks for the comment! Yes, Graham explains how he chooses tags and titles. No mention of any tools. I know there was websites and apps that help you identify that stuff, but he didn't mention or recommend any services.

Awesome! I made this six months ago and got monetized this week. I'm making about $20 a day in ad revenue, so this course for me will pay for itself after the next two weeks. Takes a lot of time, though!

Thanks Joaquim! Glad you found my channel. Graham definitely got me going. I was at like 10 subscribers when I made this video. Uploading consistently is the key for sure!

Hey James! Your channel setup and the one video I watched look great so far! You are leaps and bounds ahead of me, lol. I am personally not trying to make this a career or anything, just a personal hobby... but you know, making a little extra money or just breaking even on what I spend on equipment would be fun.

Since taking the course, I learned enough to make original videos and get monetized on YouTube. I have over 12,000 subscribers, my channel has over 1 million views, and my YouTube ad revenue is over $8,000 in the last 6 months since being monetized. I happy with the investment I made to take the course, but hard work is still required. Nothing is automatic or easy.
3
If you are looking to get monetized on YouTube, as you can see it definitely helped me!
2
Thanks Dylan! I made this video a long time ago. I feel like I have progressed a lot since then.
2
Not that I know of. I know that if you follow Graham on instagram and Youtube, he occasionally runs promotions of $200 off.
2
Hey, Kevin! I checked out your channel. Your videos and thumbnails are great! I just don't think you have made enough content yet. I had uploaded 60 videos over 6 months to finally hit 1,000 subscribers. It's a brutal march to make it there. Graham's course would definitely be motivational, but all the information he offers you can find for free on other channels of YouTubers talking about how to be a YouTuber.
2
haha, this was one of my first videos. As you can see, 7 months later I am monetized and have over 6,000 subs. I make about $50 a day in google adsense, so this course was worth it just to motivate me to get going.
2
@parkerrex , just so you also know, I had to make 60 videos and uploaded 2-3 a week for 6 months before I finally got 1000 subs and was monetized. It was a long march.
2
Yes, I did... sorry about that.
2
You are very welcome TJ! Cheers!

@SideHustleMoneyOnline , yep. I just like Graham's personality and speaking style and I am fine by supporting him by paying the $300 or whatever for the convenience of the info being all in one place and logically laid out. I expect to hit 1000 subs by December and get monetized (I already hit min watch time). Getting monetized in 6 months was my goal and YouTube for me is just a part-time hobby, not my full time career goal. I'm just having fun!

Thanks for the view and the comment Nick! Good luck out there!

Son?

For sure! Making YouTube videos is a form of production and people naturally just have to amp up their personality when filming. It's weird being alone in my apartment and trying to produce a state of emotion absent other people or any real interaction happening. Definitely a developed skill I will be working on!
2
Thanks so much Joseph! I am getting better!
2
Hey Daniel! He only has one course to help people start a YouTube channel if that is what you are interested in.

Thanks for the correction!

That's awesome Krista! Welcome to the YouTube finance community! All is welcome ^_^

That's awesome John! This stuff isn't easy, but it does get easier with practice. Good luck!
1
Nope, he didn't. Mostly just YouTube algorithm stuff. Next to know technical knowledge of camera, lighting, sounds stuff.
1
Haha, be still my stomach! 5 Avocado Toast slices! Thanks!
1
Yep! I'm over 400 subscribers after 3 months and need 600 more to monetize. It's been a fun hobby so far. Subscribe if you haven't already!

Thanks for the comment Johnny!

You are very welcome Tommy! Cheers!
1
Haha, thanks for the tip DK Guy! Everyone who attempts YouTube in the beginning struggles with lighting and sound. I would like to think I've gotten better since this video. Cheers!
1
Thanks for checking me out Chris! I'm digging the drone shots on your channel!
1
The algorithm is pretty mysterious indeed, haha

Thanks MONTENEGRO! Cheers!

Thanks for the sub! Cheers JP!

Welcome to the channel Evan! Let me know when you get established with your channel. Cheers!

Exactly, I follow six or seven channels now and half their videos these days are just talking about how to be a YouTuber. The info is out there, so it is just a question if you like Graham, want to support him, and want the convenience of the info all in one place.

I'm an active duty Air Force officer who works 60+ hours a week and my college degree is in Geology. I think I am doing fantastic for being a complete amateur who has only being at this for 4 months, lol. I guarantee I have more views and subscribers than Graham did after this first 4 months making videos.
1
Thanks Hermilo! I am 4 months in and have 500 subs. I am half-way to being monetized!
1
@Gong14921 , Just do it! Who cares if you suck for a couple months. Two years after you'll be decent and you'll be making money, lol. It's tons of fun.
1
@Gong14921 , it honestly doesn't matter. Right now I am trying to occupy a military and finance niche, but you just need to be found by people. Writing descriptions and keywords so you can be found is crucial. Additionally, I belong to a couple finance facebook groups with thousands of members and I post some of my videos there. Otherwise I've been averaging 2 videos a week and just staying committed. Anyone can do it, lol. I am proof of that.
1
@Gong14921 , good luck!
1
Thanks, Zack! Cheers!

You are welcome Mauriccio!
1
Thanks Kevin! Graham is definitely a profit maximizer. This is more of just a casual hobby for me so far.
1
There are lots of great YouTube channels with free resources out there how to improve your channel! Graham's course is good, but YouTube has lots of great videos to check out. It's up to you!
