  1. Capitalism is weird. I understand the optics of "profiting from war" but it is because the West has free markets and private companies developing our weapons that they are right now performing much better than the state owned mass produced garbage that the Russians are supplying their forces with. Russia has mass right now, not better weapons or technology.

  4. Yes, the fact there is a rival drone from another company announced being sent to Ukraine is why AVAV sold off. I still think a large order is going to be announced for AeroVironment... but, who knows...

  9. Hey Roy! Yes, I did notice that company insiders were selling when the stock was in the 70/80/90 range. But... that was mostly before Russia invaded Ukraine and I'm sure now they probably wish they had held on a little longer. This is a pretty small company and a single government contract for a large order will spike the stock. I'm not making this a long term investment, this is a short term swing trade and I want out by May.

  11. I do because I am filming a video live and just want it to fill. Schwab always gets me really good fill prices, so I don't worry about a small market order like 50 shares.

  12. I don't know if this would make a good long term investment. I don't want to hold this long term. The P/S is higher than I like. But I think this company in the next month is going to put out a press release announcing a large purchase from the pentagon and the stock will pop 20% in a day. I'll put $5,000 on that bet.
