  2. I wouldn't argue with any of your points! I also would not buy and hold Netflix long term as it has priced in too much future growth already. With that said, this stock trades on hype and I think as soon as they get another viral hit, it will pop back to $460. They just need a good quarter with good projections based on some of the stuff I mentioned and it will go up again. I would be shocked if I am still holding this contract 4 months from now.

  3. Oh no Juan! I don't want to push anyone in to doing anything. I'm just a guy sharing his thought process on his active trading. People can take it as entertainment or as inspiration when looking for their own trades. But I don't recommend people just do what I do. I cannot guarantee anyone anything. Especially in this crazy world and crazy market.

  5. According to its historical valuations, it's not that bad anymore based on their fundamentals. But I personally don't see what Paypal's competitive advantage is over their fintech competitors. It's just a really crowded market now for digital payments and all pre-existing legacy companies are competing with Paypal now which has slowed their revenue growth to 13%. This company just doesn't interest me.

  8. If you sell an option and it expires in the money, then it will exercise automatically. But if you buy an option, then you have to notify Schwab you want to exercise it by expiration.

  11. If you are looking for a 15+ year investment, then I don't know if Netflix is the best one for you. MSFT or AAPL would be better if you don't already own some. This trade I am making on Netflix is probably going to pay off for me over the next 4 months and then NFLX will just trade sideways for a while.

  12. A pull back is coming. But as long as we stay above the previous low, we got the green light for a new uptrend and I think the green candles the day after that will be basically rocket ships.

  17. I think Facebook is going to have another bad quarter of declining growth and out of control costs on their losing VR projects. I would just ignore it for another couple months as I don't see it going anywhere and I think it can go lower. Too many people just hate this company even though it is pretty cheap based on fundamentals.

  20. I agree it still has a rich valuation and therefore I would not consider it for a longer term investment. But I'm feeling like I am going to make money on this contract over this summer. Cheers M C!

  25. Well, if you want to day trade, then you can't if you have a day job. But if you want to swing trade like I do (taking positions for only weeks or months), then you check the charts at night and when you want to buy in, then buy in the next day maybe over lunch. You really shouldn't be checking and watching the market all day. I don't even do that.

  28. Yeah, that was 2 months ago after it fell off a cliff. All tech and grow stocks we’re selling off. NFLX did go nowhere. Now that the sell off is over, i think this stock will do well over the summer.
