  9. This fact might be true, but this might be true at any given moment. Like, there are 400,000 houses for sale today, and 500,000 realtors... but in a year millions of houses come on to and off the market. It would be interesting to see how many houses a year the average realtor buys and sells. It is probably only like 3.
