Solid plan. I really need to stop applying for new cards so I can do this as well, lol

Yes, Chase and AmEx don't close accounts unless you stop paying them or do something that would be obviously violating their terms of agreement (like manufactured spending).

Thanks, Ross! Yeah, as long as you use the cards and pay your bills, the banks are making money and happy to have you.

Thanks for the comment and support Wealth Favor! It is true others have covered it, but I tried to organize the information in a way that was straight to the point and most helpful.

@amherst2013 , I spent almost $4,000 on everything to get this channel going. I've almost made that much back from adsense. Everything from now on is profit!
2
@amherst2013 , just start uploading. It doesn't even matter if it is good. Make something with your phone and upload it. See if it is something you are actually interested in doing before you spend a lot of money.

Uggg, I so want more Chase Cards. I'll never get back under 5/24, lol

@NaamWynn My current status is 13/24... so... it's going to be a while. I'm getting the Schwab card this week!

Chase and AmEx do not ask for tax filings or any kind of proof of business. They do however look at your personal credit score. That's really the only thing they care about similar to any other personal credit card you would apply for. Saying you fix PCs sounds like a great sole proprietorship.
2
For me, yes. I got a hard pull for my first AmEx card, only softs for every card after that.
2
I did not know that. This is great information, thanks for all the shares!
2
Haha, pretty much. Congrats! You qualify!
2
Haha, you actually can be if you form an LLC and all it does is invest in stocks. I'm not familiar with that process (yet). Maybe I'll make a video about it someday!
2
I'm not familiar with those cards!

I have heard this is possible if you start a business and acquire a EIN. Sometimes companies only require the EIN.

Thanks for the comment and support Chase! Check back soon for more content I have in the works!

Thanks so much Glenn!

Yes, I don't have any cards with those banks, so I don't mention them since I don't have first hand experience. But you are correct, they should be avoided since they report to your personal credit score.

Good information! Thanks for sharing!

I am not sure. Do you have a social security number? If you do, then you should see if you have a credit score on a website like Credit Karma.
1
Solid plan. I suppor this!

AmEx does not waive the annual fee for business cards anymore.

Hey tauempirekid! Thanks for the comment and for checking out my content. If you have any questions on my videos, let me know in a separate comment.

Hey Alyssa, generally yes you would want to not have more than 2 applications within a 90 day period with AmEx or else they might auto decline you. If you have an EIN, you can add that but I am pretty sure they still are going to want (or they already know) your SSN. You are still personally liable for the card even if it doesn't show on your personal credit score.

Click on the video description and I list with links everything that I use. Cheers!

Absolutely Tony!

Hey C Mo. The credit limit they gave me was 11,000. What credit limit they will approve you for depends on your reported income you give them, your current credit score, and how much credit they have already given you from. I will caution you that there is no benefit to you for having a higher limit. With personal cards, and higher limit can lower your overall utilization rate, but with business credit cards they will not show up on your personal score, so there is no benefit there.
1
Nope, the charge cards do not count against your 5 credit card limit from AmEx.
1
Awesome! Congrats Ryan!
1
Awesome! Welcome to the channel Black! Great to have you with us! No, applying for business credit cards with AmEx does not show up on your personal credit history.

I'm actually thinking about making a video about a banana bread business idea. It's pretty crazy.

Great comment! Thanks, Mark!
