  1. This was a great video! Loved the framework on picking supplements depending on your task / physiology. Your research, writing and production are incredible. I struggled for a while with concentration and even today can have issues with deep work unless I deploy all my tools to combat it. Will definitely be looking at nootropics again — as I stare at my bottles of L-Theanine, Lions Mane and Kava Oil hahaha. Looking forward to the next video! Btw, do you do the animation yourself? Just doing the basics for my videos takes so much time. Yours are on another level.
