He originally made his millions by money laundering vast, vast sums of the Romainian mafia's money through his (human trafficked) cat-fishing scheme in the u.k., thereby getting money between Romainia and the U.K. For years he has just been the useful idiot for a bunch of ultra nasty people, seems they've finally grown weary enough of his smalld!ck shenanigans to allow the local cops to have him. The very reason he was in Romainia in the first place.
