  3. That's quite sad I have sat and held the hand of. Many patients there all different but they had no family there I was the closest thing it was a good feeling that I could be there with them one thing some patients feel that they have to have permission to go esp Alzheimer's and you must tell them it's ok no poi in t in prolonging it all there organsxaree already closing down so they couldn't survive
