First of all what does "active duty" mean? 50 year old Boris that did 3 months of training 20 years ago is considered active duty. Russia are constantly conducting recruitment drives in Russia and in other countries, they are using syrians, chenyens, wagner, prisoners, they transferred their far east stationed troops to the front lines. They are using a lot more than 20% of their fighting force. They are literally low on troops. Why do you think they have slowed down their advance for the past 2 months? Also lol at 20 million troops. Are you insane? They dont have 20 million troops, they have about 15 million men aged 18-40 in Russia, they will never risk losing that demographic to die in Ukraine. They need those people to stay home and make babies and raise families. Besides, who will work in Russia if they send 20 million troops? THINK before you say things man. Even if its for a few seconds
