  11.  @dughallhalliday1713  Russia is hardly winning anything Dug. They have lost 60% of all gains they have made. They just recently "tactically" retreated from Kherson just the other week. They have their best units and concentration trying to take one city in Bakhmut for 6 months and cant take it. They are now reinforcing Crimea because it is now a very real possibility that Ukraine will liberate that as well. Thats not winning. Youre not winning an invasion war by retreating and losing territory. Thats the opposite of winning

Given Ukraine's longstanding resistance against the far more strategic and calculating leadership of Putin, resisting Trump is comparatively easy. Trump is way over his head and cant bully Ukraine which infuriates him. In a few weeks, Trump will come back and sign a more favorable deal to Ukraine and the art of the deal continues

I don't know what "fulfilling its historical fate " means. I think its more the Russian empire is going to collapse like every other empire in history. Its alright Ross, don't worry about it.
