  6. The charges against Trump don't "involve official acts" of his Presidency but from actions outside those responsibilities. Attempts to manipulate election outcomes and unlawfully maintain power are not "official acts" of the Presidency. Why did SCOTUS frame the question in an ultra specific, yet irrelevant way that doesnt even have anything to do with Trump's situation, either ruling by SCOTUS will not resolve the issue. If they affirm the President is immune "from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office", thats great, now what about acts outside of the President's responsibilities? Such as attempts to influence the outcome of an election and illegally retain power? When do we get a ruling on that question?

This contrasts with Trump's case, where there was a lack of cooperation with authorities, refusal to return the documents and lied about it and told his lawyers and workers to lie about it

Also your claim about "socialism has failed in 100% of the countries its tried" is wrong. Countries like Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland implement a form of democratic socialism.
