  6. Tesla’s medium to long term outlook is weak. The share price is trading well below its 200D MA, which now acts as a key resistance level. While there may be short term buying interest from TLSA bros who believe the stock has bottomed, any rally will be limited. Without a clear shift in trend or fundamentals, without a confident break through the 200D MA ($335) institutional and technical investors are more likely to use these rallies up to the $335 level as opportunities to exit and profit take, placing further downward pressure on the price. As these TSLA bros realize the stock isn’t recovering as expected, it will lead to another sell off. Perhaps that time it will fall through the $200 mark. Wouldnt that be lovely. Tesla’s valuation has long relied on future promises and ambitious product timelines that consistently fail to materialise. Much of the investment case has been driven by narrative rather than delivery. The market is recognizing this disconnect. The people are realizing that Musk is a fraud. Without meaningful execution or earnings growth, the share price is unlikely to recover in a sustained way. "sustained way" means it wont rise above its 200D MA ($335) ever again. While a turnaround is always possible, the probability is very small. Tesla looks more like a fading growth story than a comeback story. Just like that hyperloop company Musk created.
