  11.  @tranvu2010  His pledge 2, 5 and 6 does not apply in Scotland as these are Devolved Matters. His pledge 4 is about stealing Scotland's natural resources. No Scottish Specific Pledges/Policies/Priorities. Not offering Devolution of any more powers.
