Irrelevant as the british union does not have one legal system , Scots law and English law being separate jurisdictions. to spell it oot for you we have different laws than England for example , Students in England face tuition fees up to £27,750 – Scottish students receive university tuition free. wheres robin tilbrook case on that regard?
