Scotland excluded from the UKgov statement on its Treaty with Germany. Is it because Labour are a pro England only party as quoted by Starmer? Starmer quote from April ''Labour are the true party of English patriotism.''

@davidmurphy563 The UKgov statement on its site mentions places within England and the 2nd largest nation in the Union is not mentioned. Where's the Scottish section in its statement? Presumably the treaty is only for England? Its not clear.

No autonomy for Scotland to build on the good will shown from the German people voting us the best supporters at the Euros? No progress on the potential of a green hydrogen highway and supply chain from Scotland to Germany? No progress in direct ferry routes from Scotland to Germany for increasing the 33% of the UKs food & drink exports Scotland produced as of last year? No progress on getting Germany to give special protected status to Scotch Whisky, Scottish Salmon, Scotch Beef & Scotch Lamb?

@davidmurphy563 Its bound to fail Scotland as UKgov doesn't mention its biggest partner in the Union in its statement. There should be border transfer levy on electricity transfers between Scotland and England as UKgov's own electricity stats for last year shows a ratio in electricity transfers of 11 to 1 from Scotland too England. We should be seeing tax from the inbalance of supply.
