  7.  @Take_Me_Back_To_The_1980s  Its perfectly legitimate to pursue self determination as its a right in the United Nations Charter, of which the UK Government is a founder of so the UK acknowledges this right that people in Scotland have the right to pursue. UK is not a Country, its a Union, there is a Treaty between the 2 nations. Scotland is not a region its a nation in a treaty with another nation. Can withdraw from the treaty via a electoral mandate to pursue doing so.

Aims in the Constitution of the Scottish National Party 1) Independence for Scotland. 2) Furtherance of all Scottish interests.   10.  @graemefk6519  An Independent Scottish Parliament could have got on and done more regarding aid, evacuations of women & children and joining the rest of the world voting for ceasefires instead of wasting time at Westminster putting motions forward that are then thwarted by a Labour party that only has 2 Westminster MP representing Scotland.

  17.  @peterpaszczak4013  BS, their motion was about Gaza. It was Labour causing disruption and politicking via thwarting the legitimate SNP Opposition Day Debate. Instead of wasting time at Westminster, An Independent Scottish Parliament in control of its own foreign policy could do much more regarding aid, evacuate women & children and join the rest of the world that have called for ceasefires instead of being part of the UK that Abstained from the most recent United Nations ceasefire vote.
