The police arrest people all the time only on a best guess, why did they not pick up on the scratch on his face and her Panic crying, could the police have prevented this?

  12.  @jkennerson123  it was very obvious there was trouble with both of them and the police should have picked up on the warning signs which were very obvious to any common person. Could this be a case of a district attorney's son being let go easily?

  14. They got pulled over he had a scratch on his face and she was crying and panicking, why in the world the police did not put her in their car and take her back home or something? The police could have prevented this.
