Government puts mentally ill out on the streets but don’t make them follow the same laws everybody else has because the government don’t want to take care of them in prison so they keep wandering the streets doing as they feel until something happens bad then they look at each other and say it’s the gun laws no it’s the government shut down all the mental facilities that were taking care of the mentally ill so if you have a mentally ill person they have no place to go but yet are not control to the same level as everybody else we have prisons for those that are considered normal people but we have no place to put the mentally ill except for on the streets
