  1. It can happen anywhere from any religion or even non religious. Think about the numbers, if 1 in a million adults in Canada are like this , let's say for arguments sake 10 Muslims and 10 anti Muslims, you can have September 11 size attacks, it was only 20 or so people carried that out. The real problem is when people become radicalized to the point of taking their own life, because even this person didn't die his life is ruined and likely in prison to the day he dies. So don't think Canada is either tolerant or intolerant based on 1 event, I am Australian and we produced such a terrorist who went to New Zealand to take advantage of relaxed gun laws to carry out his act, radicalized online in shadowy chat rooms. Doesn't mean Australia is intolerant as a whole but just it's impossible to bring the risk to 0.
