  1. Doesn't surprise me, but they could have caught it after testing, the test is at one point in time only and if 5 people had it on the plane then give to the other 18. My guess is they all fake certificate though.

  2. It's pointless without hotel quarantine, it takes about 3 days from catching it to showing up on a PCR test. The UK is the subsidiary breeding ground of the virus, US makes sure they get every strain.
