  1. The first movie of the current remake is one of my favourite movies. The military and political aspects and conduct in that movie is actually more realistic than all realistic looking fiction movies in this genre.

  3.  @Chuanese  It might help but if you have noticed there are many black police commissioner including the Minneapolis one. Nobody has called for his resignation, he's the big boss supposed to be running the show. I agree with you in principle but it's far more complicated than that and treating minor offences in the same way every other other Western country does would achieve much more. The burden on the police to both arrest and handcuff should be high. This is the most notable thing about US policing, the ease at which someone can be arrested. I don't know what country you are from but in Australia I think it would take hours for the police to come over a $20 note if they come at all and no chance of any arrest they might want CCTV footage that's it, and ask the suspect where it came from at some stage.

  6. I don't think the US can, there are too many divisions. Even the use of handcuffs for the most minor offences and non violent is for a high income country only in America as far as I'm aware.
