  1. Time for US citizens to wake up. Defending the constitution is defending this behaviour. Nothing Elon is doing is unconstitutional or at least not in any way punishable because your constitution specifically grants anyone to be above the law if less than 2 thirds of the senate object. The reason for this is your president has absolute pardon powers with no constraints or oversight. Time to not necessarily tear up your constitution and start again which would be ideal but probably impractical but at least do some amendments removing the powers of a president preferably making him/her only head of state and not head of government.
