  1. Billionaires make very little money relative to their wealth. The corporate tax rate in the US is 21% now and proposed to go to 15%. This is where the Billionaires can be indirectly taxed but the proposal is to tax them less. Americans knew this and voted for it, along with increased taxes on middle and low income people through tariffs. Not sure why they did this.
