Well I'm in the Southern Hemisphere and he hasn't noticed any countries in half of the world. We are safe for now.

@terriemcgarrity-sr9kg I think they probably are but very quietly. The 2 countries I suspect of having daily diplomatic meetings would be Canada and Mexico and to some extent China because those 3 countries the first in the firing line. Even outside of governments companies will be looking for friendly trading partners who they know they can trust and won't put excessive tariffs.

Well Donald Trump wants to make history and maybe he will. He wants to start World Trade War I. Never in history has one country declared a trade war on every other country in existence with according to Trump a minimum of 10% tariffs on all imports. Now it's possible he's full of 💩 but it's also possible he will actually follow through. Do US citizens who actually voted for this think it will end well for the US. There's virtually nothing the US produces other than sophisticated military weapons that can't be purchased elsewhere. It will feel strange when Australia my country will be allies with China , Indonesia, Venezuela etc. regarding trade , in the end we need to protect ourselves.
