  1. The CPTPP was timed fairly well even if by accident. Canada and Mexico both being part of the new trade agreement will have some markets opening up. It'll be fairly funny when Mexican goods are cheaper in Australia than in Texas.

  2. Even if legally that might be correct, there's no possibility the provinces would do it without federal government giving approval.

  3. Not really being cut out but the US has decided to become protectionist. Biden was protectionist too, he could have joined what was then TPP but didn't. Now it's CPTPP with all the original countries minus US and plus UK.
