  1. The trust that runs that Ponzi scheme runs out of money in 2035. The only way to run it after that is government deficit spending if something else isn't done in the mean time. If that happens which is likely because both Democrats and Republicans will not fix the budget, the USD will decline eventually, however it will take a while because USDs are the main reserve currency in the world.

  2.  @cynthiascott4291  The problem with your idea is who exactly would you sue. The trustees say the account will empty in 2035. It's a ponzi scheme pretending to be a pension fund.
