  1. From a technical perspective increasing money supply is inflationary, Trump of course will be doing this by running large government deficits. Tariffs per say aren't inflationary because what happens is ok that item with the tariff on it goes up however people have a limited sum of money so it will be offset by something else, most likely land values in this case. A house will be more expensive to build so unless people have more money the land value must decrease.
